Summary: There was no AC , only 1 roll of toliet paper and when I called the front to get more no one picked up. There were bugs in the room we killed about 5, not cockroaches. Not to mention I ordered food from the restaurant and got a quesadilla with a side of fries and was charged $30 for it?

Summary: The only issue we had was with the elevators. They were working on one of the three. Not sure if it is normal but one that wasn’t being worked on kept getting stuck, to the point I got off and used the stairs. Staff was amazing even helped with our luggage when our room wasn’t ready but we had an appointment to make.

Summary: Hotel getting older. Many items out of service or worn. However, the kids always love their Embassy Suites stay. They love the pool and hot tub and get so excited about breakfast. Overall, a good stay even though the hotel needs some facility management focus.

Summary: Everythibng was good. The only problem was that throughout the 4 nights, at least one or two of the three elevators were out of service. I was on the 9th floor.

Summary: The property was very nice. The room had a refrigerator that wouldn't even chill a water bottle, the carpet had an odor because it needed to be cleaned not vacuumed, and the toilet didn’t flush properly. The breakfast had plenty of choices and was fresh and the staff kept everythin filled and the area clean . Kids were running through the lobby and the staff put an end to it.

Summary: My husband and I were in town for a sporting event. Overall, the hotel was good. The breakfast is better than average and the front desk employees are extremely helpful.

Summary: Great stay for our family road trip. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I even saw them offer to help a family of a gentleman in a wheelchair to find a breakfast table and they carried his food and drinks to the table for them.
